Shipping Coverage


We offer shipping services to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam). PO box shipping is available for sandals and slippers; snow boots and French single shoes require delivery to physical addresses to ensure safe handling.

We recommend ordering winter snow boots 2–3 weeks before the cold season and customized styles 1 month in advance to ensure timely delivery.

Order Tracking


  • After your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with a tracking number and direct link to the courier’s website, so you can monitor delivery status in real time.
  • For customized items, we will send production update emails (e.g., "Sandal Strap Adjustment Completed," "Custom Snow Boots Ready for Shipping") to keep you informed.
  • You can also view your order status by logging into your account on our website. If tracking information is not updated for more than 5 business days, or if your package is marked as delivered but not received, contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.

Shipping Notes


  • Battery Shipping: If your order includes heated insoles for snow boots, they are shipped in compliance with U.S. DOT regulations for lithium-ion batteries.
  • Package Inspection: Inspect the outer packaging for damage before signing for delivery. If the shoe box is crushed or torn, note this on the delivery receipt and take photos, then contact us within 24 hours to initiate a replacement.
  • Holiday Delays: During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, New Year), shipping may be delayed by 1–2 business days. We recommend placing orders early to avoid delays.
