Placing an order and completing payment on our website constitutes a binding sales contract under U.S. contract law.
For customized products (e.g., adjusted sandal straps, monogrammed slippers), we will send a design confirmation email within 2 business days of your order. Production will only begin after we receive your written approval.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following cases:
- Insufficient inventory or product discontinuation.
- Pricing errors due to website technical issues.
- Invalid or incomplete shipping/billing information.
- Suspected fraudulent transactions (e.g., stolen credit cards).
- Failure to confirm customization details within 10 business days.
Cancelled orders will be fully refunded within 3 business days. For customized orders cancelled after production has started, a 25% production fee will be deducted from the refund.

Product descriptions, specifications (e.g., snow boot insulation thickness, sandal strap length, French single shoe heel height), and images are for reference only. Minor variations (e.g., color shades, leather grain) are not considered defects as long as products meet CPSC safety standards.
All footwear sizes follow U.S. standard sizing guidelines, with a reasonable error range (±0.25 inches for foot length). We are not liable for dissatisfaction caused by incorrect size selection or personal style preferences.
We are not responsible for damages caused by improper use (e.g., wearing sandals in rough terrain, exposing leather single shoes to rain, overheating heated snow boot insoles) or unauthorized modifications.

Provide true, accurate, and complete information when placing an order. You are responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect shipping addresses or contact details.
Do not resell our products for commercial purposes without our prior written authorization (except for authorized retailers with a wholesale agreement).
Comply with all U.S. laws and regulations regarding the purchase and use of our products.
Refrain from fraudulent activities (e.g., false defect claims, repeated returns of worn items). We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who violate these policies.

All content on our website (product images, descriptions, logos, French-style shoe design sketches) is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws and is owned by French Sole USA or its authorized licensors.
You may download or save website content for personal non-commercial use only. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or reproduction of any content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by U.S. law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., inconvenience, lost enjoyment, additional costs due to delayed delivery) arising from the purchase or use of our products, provided the products meet safety and quality standards.
Our total liability for direct damages (e.g., defective products) shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected item.
We are not liable for order delays or failures caused by force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, leather shortages, shipping carrier strikes) beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will offer affected customers the option of a refund or order modification.

Any disputes arising from the purchase or use of our products shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between you and our customer service team.
If negotiation fails, either party may initiate legal proceedings in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, USA.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes (e.g., updates to return policies, shipping fees, or privacy practices) will be posted on our website homepage with a 7-day notice period before taking effect.
Your continued use of our website or purchase of our products after the effective date of modified terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
